This role focuses on accurate pours, speed of service, and guest interaction while maintaining Levy's standards for quality, safety, and responsible alcohol service. Beer Pourers play a key role in delivering an efficient and enjoyable guest experience in a high-volume, event-driven environment.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pour and serve draft and canned beer accurately and efficiently.Provide friendly, professional guest interactions at concession locationsMaintain speed of service during peak event timesAnswer basic guest questions regarding beer offerings and pricingVerify Guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service lawsFollow responsible alcohol service practices and Levy policiesMonitor guest behavior and escalate concerns to supervisors as neededMaintain valid Alcohol Service Permit as requiredSet up, stock, and break down beer stations before and after eventsMaintain cleanliness and organization of beer taps, counters, and storage areasMonitor product levels and communicate restocking needs to supervisorsHandle beverage service equipment properly and safelyFollow food safety and sanitation standards for beverage serviceMaintain clean workstations and service areas throughout the eventProperly store and rotate beverage productsAdhere to Levy safety and cleanliness guidelinesMaintain professional appearance and positive attitudeUphold Levy's standards of hospitality and guest servicePerforms other duties as assigned.Requirements & Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or olderMust obtain valid Utah Food Handlers PermitMust obtain valid Utah On-Premise Alcohol CertificateAbility to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environmentWillingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedulesStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 3040 lbsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedApply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USACompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
