Waitstaff
Catered Event Service StaffAssist, coordinate and deliver service of catered events. Service staff for luxury boxes for athletic events (football, basketball, and hockey). Provide a timely and professional response to the needs of the customers. Moderately heavy lifting is necessary.Characteristic duties:Must be a team player, dependable and exhibit excellent customer service skills.Pay rate: $24 /non-benefit temporary position BC Dining Temps may work up to 18 hours per week, including late evenings and weekends.Performs routine waitstaff and bartender duties such as setting tables, serving customers, side work, setting up bars, post event breakdown and reset.Assists in the coordinating of events under the direction of management.Works effectively with staffing levels for events.Performs cleaning and sanitation functions.Monitors presentation and portioning of food.Performs other related duties as assigned.Requirements: Service experience is a plus. The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced operation with a diverse staff. Understand or be willing to learn all aspects of service. Must have excellent human relations skills.
