Breakfast Server

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests during breakfast hours. The ideal candidate will have a passion for guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, ensuring all food items are fresh and well-presented. Serve breakfast items, including coffee, pastries, fruits, and hot dishes, while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing excellent customer service at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Buss tables promptly after guests finish their meals to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Monitor food inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food items and assist with any necessary food preparation tasks. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred but not required. Strong phone etiquette skills for handling guest inquiries over the phone. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is beneficial. Experience with kitchen operations, including meat cutting or coffee preparation, is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
