Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Sr. Pre-Assembler Production Tech:Train and lead production team members to meet targets and quality objectivesUtilize Epicor MRP system for production planning and schedulingMonitor and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environmentOversee quality control and compliance with engineering specificationsCoordinate equipment maintenance and minimize downtimeDrive process improvements and implement work instructionsGenerate production reports and track KPIsWhat You Need to Bring to the Sr. Pre-Assembler Production Tech Role:High school diploma OR 2 years of leadership experience in manufacturingAssociate or bachelor's degree in engineering/manufacturing preferredBasic knowledge of electrical, mechanical assembly, and/or fabricationComputer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Epicor MRP preferred)Ability to enforce safety standards and work department shift hoursStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and pass pre-employment physical and drug testBilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
