Dance Program Consultant

Role Description This volunteer role as a Dance Program Consultant requires on-site engagement at our Morgan Hill, CA location. The consultant will support the development, evaluation, and enhancement of dance programs to align with JMM Dance Co.'s mission. Responsibilities include collaborating with the team to design holistic curriculum, organizing community events to support disadvantaged populations, and providing guidance on program improvement to meet the needs of participants. The role also involves coordinating with instructors and leveraging partnerships to expand resources and reach. Qualifications Experience in curriculum development, program design, and educational strategies in the performing artsStrong organizational and event planning skills to assist with community outreach initiativesAbility to provide critical feedback and recommendations for continuous program improvementStrong communication, teamwork, and collaboration skillsExperience or background in dance, performing arts, or related fields is highly preferredPassion for social impact and supporting underserved communities through artistic expressionFlexibility to work on-site and adapt to the organization’s needs
