Principal Design Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Design Operations Program Manager, AI. Key Responsibilities Own the AI ways of working roadmap for Design, integrating AI into core workflows Build cross-functional AI workflows with PM Ops and Eng Ops to enhance collaboration Instrument and track progress on the design team's AI journey, using data to drive decisions Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in design operations, program management, or a systems-focused operations role Strong foundation in design operations or systems thinking Genuine technical fluency with AI tools and their impact on design practice Proven experience in driving large-scale behavior change initiatives Strong analytical and pattern-recognition skills to synthesize information across a distributed organization
