Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group - Arizona is actively seeking highly patient-centric physicians to join the Department of Family Medicine as a Core Faculty in the Dignity Health East Valley Family Medicine Residency Program in Gilbert, Arizona. Opportunity Highlights: Outpatient + Inpatient Outpatient Mon-Fri days, Inpatient Tues-Mon days Flexibility to work 4 longer days or 5 regular Call is 1:4 or less (by telephone only) Outpatient: 16 patient-facing hours, 16 precepting hours, 4 admin hours, 4 teaching hours per week Inpatient: Every 4th week or less frequently, 1 week at a time x 7 days with compensation days provided (No outpatient duties during inpatient week) Avg 18-24 patients per day on outpatient days Great MA support + RN onsite Academic appointment at Creighton University School of Medicine, Phoenix-Open rank based on prior experience and academic output Teaching Medical students, Physician Assistant Students, and other learners.
