Candidates with warehouse management system (WMS) experience are encouraged to apply, but training is available for motivated individuals. Shift: MondayFriday | Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience, geographic location, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Key Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments and verify materials for accuracy and quality. Pick customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems and RF handheld scanners. Pack and prepare orders for domestic and international shipment. Process shipping documentation and ensure orders are completed on time. Organize inventory and maintain accurate warehouse records. Safely load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company procedures and safety guidelines at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or material handling experience preferred. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF scanners is a plus but not required. Experience with domestic and international shipping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude. Forklift Training: Forklift experience is not required. Employees who successfully complete onboarding will receive paid forklift training and certification through the client, providing an excellent opportunity to expand their warehouse skillset.
