BI Production Support Specialist
Job Description
Duties/ResponsibilitiesProactively monitor application healthRespond to tickets from ticketing system and other stakeholdersMonitor defect management queue and drive resolutionProvide status update in daily stand up callsPublishing of a weekly, monthly application health statusSupport administration of user privileges, user creation and role managementPerforming root cause analysis of production issues and publish to stakeholdersGuide external resources on prioritizing tasks to support projectImplement, publish, and updating production support documentation and processesPost-Production support (Production launch support as required)Work on minor bug fixes or enhancements as requiredPerform audit reviews with deployment team and plants to ensure system qualityQualificationsBachelors or other degree in Information TechnologyAutomotive industry experience preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills2+ Year(s) of relational database/SQL experience.Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA).Ability to work effectively in a team environmentStrong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organizationStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environmentExperience in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, Snowflake (Data Warehousing), Python, integration tools and code migration is preferred. If not these tools, similar tools requiredKnowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Project, PowerPoint, and ExcelPresentation skillsFluent in English.
