Role Overview The Senior Litigation Attorney will lead complex litigation matters, mentor junior team members, and work closely with a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex commercial litigation, including class actions and regulatory defense matters. Develop and execute strategic litigation plans tailored to client objectives. Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents. Represent clients in state and federal courts, including hearings, trials, and appeals. Advise clients on risk management, compliance, and litigation avoidance. Mentor and supervise junior attorneys and support staff. Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives. Candidate Profile JD from an accredited law school and admitted to practice in relevant jurisdiction(s). Minimum 8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation, with a proven track record. Strong analytical, research, and writing skills; exceptional oral advocacy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative mindset with leadership and mentoring experience.
