We’re Looking for a Connector. DryTech Restoration is seeking a highly connected operator in the plumbing industry. If you already have a book of plumber contacts, manage a plumbing network, or you’re a former sales/supply/manufacturer’s rep in plumbing, we want to talk. Plumber referrals drive 90%+ of our business. We’re not training from zero. We need someone who can walk in with relationships and turn them into referral pipelines that pay. Your Mission Introduce DryTech to your existing network of plumbers Get us on their speed dial for water/mold emergencies Secure signed referral agreements (we provide materials and process) Earn recurring commission on every job we invoice from those relationships What You’ll Do Build and maintain a target list of 50–100 plumbing companies in assigned counties Book 10–15 owner/GM meetings per week; run a tight 20-minute pitch Train dispatch/techs at partner shops (quick huddles, leave-behinds, QR cards) Be responsive to partners; confirm DryTech on-site within 60 minutes Track pipeline in CRM; weekly report: new partners, active referrers, jobs, revenue What You Should Have Active network of plumbing contractors, owners, or ops managers Background in plumbing supply/distribution/contracting or adjacent trades Credibility to open doors and maintain trust (this is relationship work, not retail closing) Clean driver’s license; organized, persistent, and accountable What We Provide Company vehicle + gas card Base salary Commission on every invoiced job referred by your signed partners (no cap) Tools: phone, laptop, CRM access, uniforms, promo materials Support: office, dispatch, and PM teams that make you look good Compensation Summary Base: competitive Commission: paid on all invoiced jobs from your signed partners Residual model: you continue earning for the life of the referral relationship Milestones: bonuses at 10 / 25 / 50 active referrers What Success Looks Like (first 90 days) Target list routed; 30 qualified meetings completed 10+ signed partners; 6+ active referrers sending work $100K+ in referred revenue in pipeline with clean CRM tracking Flexible work from home options available.
