Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Foreman, based in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Foreman will be responsible for managing construction projects, including supervising teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring work is completed to meet safety and quality standards. Additional duties include operating heavy equipment, supporting on-site carpentry and maintenance tasks, and maintaining clear communication with teams and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met efficiently. Qualifications Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and project managementExperience with Heavy Equipment operation and related technical tasksStrong Communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder interactionsProficiency in Carpentry, with an understanding of construction principlesKnowledge of Maintenance, including troubleshooting and repair skillsExperience in cold storage or construction projects is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in construction or project management are beneficialAbility to work effectively in outdoor and potentially cold environments
