Expert - Supply Management
Job DescriptionMajor AccountabilitiesManage Master Data setup and perform complex local and global master data activities in a GxP environment while ensuring adherence to compliance standards.Establish processes, guidelines, business matrices, and SLA timelines for master data management.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the assigned functional area.Support KPI data collection, reporting, and analysis.Ensure all logistics processes are executed efficiently, effectively, and in compliance with company policies, supply chain procedures, and applicable regulations.Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and supply chain operations.Ensure material availability in alignment with approved production plans.Oversee daily MRP activities for all BOM materials, including requirements analysis and Purchase Order management.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily monitoring of MRP exception messages and ensure appropriate follow-up actions.Maintain ownership of MRP-related master data and material technical specifications within the ERP system.Ensure no Purchase Orders remain overdue in the ERP system.Manage supplier complaints, returns, and related follow-up activities for purchased items.Provide a load-balanced dispatch list for incoming materials to Warehouse and Quality teams to support production requirements.Monitor supplier service level indicators such as Quality OTIF and lead-time adherence.Lead action plans to improve supplier delivery performance and drive continuous improvement.Report technical complaints, adverse events, and special case scenarios related to products within 24 hours of receipt.Support distribution of marketing samples where applicable.Provide guidance and system support for returns, rebates, and credit/debit notes.Coordinate delivery priorities with cross-functional teams for third-party customers and cross-divisional supplies.Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalation management and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve system-related issues promptly.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Inventory ManagementGap AnalysisCost EfficiencySupply Process EfficiencyMaster Data KPIs including Completeness, Consistency, and AccuracyOn-Time, In-Full (OTIF) delivery performanceQuality and compliance adherenceBudget achievement and operational excellenceRequired Work Experience2–3 years of experience in:Operations Management and ExecutionProject ManagementCross-functional CollaborationExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) is preferred.Required SkillsCustomer Relationship ManagementKnowledge of relevant tools and systemsInventory ManagementDemand PlanningOrder ManagementSupply PlanningTransportation ManagementBrand Stewardship
