Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Multi-Skilled Craftsman / Handyman based in Harrison, OH. The role includes performing various repair, maintenance, and remodeling tasks in residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities include carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and other general handyman services. Additional tasks involve offering exceptional customer service, providing accurate work estimates, and ensuring all projects meet the company's high standards for quality and safety. Qualifications Proficiency in various carpentry-related tasks such as framing, door installation, and woodworkingExperience in painting, drywall repair, and surface preparationBasic electrical and plumbing skills for troubleshooting and minor repairsStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for general handyman servicesExcellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with clientsAbility to read blueprints and follow detailed instructionsFamiliarity with safety protocols and proceduresValid driver’s license and reliable transportationPrior experience in residential or commercial repairs and remodeling is a plus
