This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, or business development who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment.The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining strong referral relationships while promoting the facility's rehabilitation and long-term care services throughout the community and healthcare network.Position OverviewThe Director of Marketing / Hospital Liaison is responsible for developing referral sources, coordinating with hospitals and healthcare providers, and supporting census growth through effective relationship management and communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, case managers, discharge planners, physicians, and community referral sourcesPromote the facility's short-term rehabilitation and long-term care servicesConduct onsite visits to hospitals and referral partners to strengthen business relationshipsCoordinate closely with the admissions team to facilitate smooth resident transitionsAssist in developing and implementing marketing and outreach strategiesRepresent the facility at networking events, community functions, and healthcare meetingsMonitor referral activity and maintain accurate communication recordsProvide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and referral partnersSupport census development and occupancy goalsQualificationsPrior experience in healthcare marketing, admissions, business development, or hospital liaison role preferredSkilled nursing facility or rehabilitation experience strongly preferredStrong communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesProfessional presentation and customer service skills requiredKnowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care a plusCompensation & BenefitsSalary up to $90,000 annually (based on experience)Competitive benefits package including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) Retirement PlanEmployee Perks and Growth OpportunitiesThe Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
