Construction Project ManagerOnsite in Chandler, Arizona 85248Employment Type: Contract-to-HireOverview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple projects from initiation through completion. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys full ownership of the project lifecycle, from client consultation and planning to execution and close-out.Key Responsibilities:Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously at various stagesPartner with clients to define project scope, design requirements, and overall objectivesDevelop project plans, layouts, and coordinate with engineering teamsPrepare and manage budgets, cost forecasts, and financial trackingCreate and maintain detailed project schedulesDevelop trade scopes of work and manage subcontractor relationshipsOversee procurement of materials and equipmentPerform quantity take-offs and support cost analysisEnsure compliance with insurance, bonding, and regulatory requirementsMonitor project progress, manage change orders, and ensure quality standards are metQualifications:Experience managing commercial construction or similar projects end-to-endStrong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlExperience with subcontractor management and procurement processesFamiliarity with project documentation including submittals, RFIs, and change ordersKnowledge of federal, state, and local building codes and regulations (including NEC)Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera)OSHA 10 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)What We’re Looking For:Strong leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and deadlinesDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetExperience working in a client-facing role
