Program Manager

Role: Program Manager Location: Washington, DC 20024 Experience:Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.Minimum of 2 years' experience at a Project Director level, coupled with 8 years of project management experience related to engagements with the public and/or private sector or Federal, State or Local government.End-to-end project lifecycle experience utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification with applied knowledge is mandatory.Experience with government or public sector finance preferredSkills:Strong command of PM standards and controlsExecutive level stakeholder management and influenceProgram governance, risk, and escalation managementExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple complex projects concurrentlyStrategic planning and prioritization under tight timelinesHigh accountability, judgment, and decision makingEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldWill possess an advanced degree and/or other industry certifications
