What You’ll Do As our Memory Care Director, you will be the guiding force behind a vibrant, engaging, and supportive Memory Care environment. Your leadership will help ensure every resident experience safety, dignity, and connection. You will: Champion our mission to Make Lives Better through every interaction, program, and care decision. Serve as a trusted partner for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team—promoting whole‑person care that nurtures body, mind, and spirit. Design and lead meaningful, stage‑appropriate programs that bring comfort, joy, and purpose to those living with dementia. Provide support and education to families, helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with compassion and understanding.
