Full Stack Java Developer – React

Full Stack Java Developer – ReactCTG is seeking to fill a Full Stack Java Developer – React position for our client. Location: Dallas, TX Duration: 12 months Duties: Design, develop, test, and implement high-performing, scalable software applications using Java and ReactJS. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React UI technologies. Serve as a technical consultant for application architecture, development, performance, and scalability. Identify application performance bottlenecks and recommend and implement improvements. Integrate and support CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates to ensure code quality, test coverage, and deployment reliability. Implement application logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions. Develop automated runbooks and self-healing capabilities to improve application reliability and reduce operational support. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, including collaborating with application and support teams during critical incidents. Apply software engineering principles to IT operations to develop highly scalable, reliable, and maintainable systems. Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives. Skills: Strong Java development skills. Strong ReactJS and React UI development experience. Knowledge of full-stack application development and modern software engineering practices. Experience with application performance optimization and scalability. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and quality gates. Experience with logging, monitoring, alerting, and application observability tools. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with development, application support, and operations teams. Experience: Experience developing and supporting enterprise-scale applications using Java and ReactJS. Experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance applications. Experience working with CI/CD processes and automated software delivery pipelines. Experience implementing application monitoring, alerting, and reliability solutions. Experience troubleshooting production applications and participating in critical incident resolution. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
