This production pilot is transforming how marketing offers are delivered to customers in the banking app, focusing on end-to-end agent development and enhancement. Build and enhance AI agents (no app UI, agents ARE the interface). All net new development, no support work.Key Requirements: MUST HAVE TO QUALIFY:5+ years Python experience5+ years Microservices experience5+ years API Development/Integration experience5+ years MongoDB experience2+ years Agentic AI experienceExperience in regulated environments (fintech preferred)Responsibilities:Design, build and enhance new Agentic AI agents to deliver marketing offers (e.g., credit cards, checking accounts, cash rewards) within customer-facing app experiences.Structure and manage data within databases such as MongoDB.Consume APIs serving LLMs via internal platforms rather than direct openai implementations, maintaining compliance with regulated environment guidelines.Operate within the OCP cloud infrastructure and internal ADK platforms that orchestrate LLMs and agent behavior.Build agents that function as UI, with no traditional application UI present.Contribute to production pilots, moving from simple use cases to complex campaign flows.Prioritize tasks and decide whether to build net new agents or enhance existing agents based on business needs and campaign requirements.Ensure solutions adhere to regulatory standards and internal guardrails for data handling.
