Structural Senior Engineer - Lehi, UTWe’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to lead structural design and deliver projects. This role combines technical leadership, project management, and client engagement—ideal for someone who enjoys both design and driving projects forward.You’ll work closely with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver innovative, resilient infrastructure solutions across municipal, industrial, and commercial markets. With such a variety of work, you’ll stay engaged and be continually challenged.ResponsibilitiesLead structural engineering for water and wastewater treatment facilities and related infrastructurePerform structural analysis and design using steel, concrete (reinforced/prestressed), masonry, wood, and light gauge steelDesign deep and shallow foundations across a range of geotechnical conditionsDevelop plans, specifications, and support construction administration activitiesManage project scope, budgets, and schedules while ensuring quality deliveryServe as a key point of contact for clients and maintain strong relationshipsLead tasks on large projects and manage smaller projects independentlyProvide QA/QC oversight to maintain high technical standardsSupport business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams and lead project meetingsWhy This Role Stands OutWork on essential infrastructure that directly impacts communitiesBlend of technical design + project leadershipOpportunity to grow client relationships and influence project deliveryExposure to diverse projects across water, wastewater, and industrial sectorsBasicBachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field8+ years of experience in managing, developing, designing and authoring water-related infrastructure projectsRegistration as a Professional Engineer in primary state of residence or ability to obtain within 6 monthsStrong oral and written communication skillsExperience with structural analysis programsAbility to travel as required for project/client responsibilities and business developmentAbility to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and project team membersKnowledge of regional design standards, construction practices, and geologic concernsAll applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
