Hourly Pay: $37.50 - $41.50 / per hourMaxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work on our Transition team. The Transition Team is a specialized group of skilled nurses whose mission is to provide immediate, high-quality care to newly admitted patients while our office recruits permanent caregivers. Nurses on this team deliver all authorized hours in the home for a provisional period of 1-90 days.
