The position provides administrative and programmatic support to the Access Authorization and Fitness-for-Duty (FFD) programs, ensuring compliance with 10 CFR Part 37 (Physical Protection of Category 1 and Category 2 Quantities of Radioactive Material) and 10 CFR 73.56 (Personnel Access Authorization Requirements for Nuclear Power Plants).Job OverviewEmployees in this role under limited supervision provide diverse and advanced administrative support to various business unit departments which requires the exercise of independent judgment and knowledge of nuclear plant and/or staff standards.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnder general supervision:Develops and modifies technical databases, spreadsheets, graphics, and documentsProduces accurate and timely technical documents and compliance reports using variety of applicationsSorts and classifies manuals and electronic records and documentsPerforms receipt inspection, and accepts or rejects records and documentsCreates, reviews, and revises correspondence, procedures, and reports, tables, graphs and statistical data applying company standards and good grammar practicesPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired QualificationsHigh School Grad / GEDExperience: 2+ yearsPreferred QualificationsNoneSpecial RequirementsNextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
