IT Operations Engineer

Overview In this role you will maintain and troubleshoot enterprise IT infrastructure in a high-visibility, live-event setting. You’ll work remotely overnight to ensure network, server, virtualization, backup, and security systems stay reliable during games and events. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and document resolutions for continuity. The position offers hands-on experience with enterprise technologies in a mission-critical environment and opportunities for professional growth.
