Founding Software Engineer

The founding team includes a repeat founder with a deep industry network and a CTO who previously led engineering at two well-known, high-growth tech companies. You'll be engineering hire #4 at this 11-person company.The RoleThis is a true founding engineer position. You'll report directly to the CTO, own the end-to-end build of the user-facing platform, and have real influence over architecture, engineering culture, and hiring from day one.You're a fit if you:Have 5+ years of backend experience with Go/Python/Node and 2+ years with React/TypeScriptAre an AI builder, not just user: you have experience shipping agentic AI solutions and integrating/ingesting AI technologies into an existing platform Have a BS or higher in Computer Science, Physics, or a similar STEM field Have worked in both startup and scaled environments (or scrappy startups end to end)Are not looking for a staff or principal title, but want the ownership and scope that comes with a founding roleCare about product sense and shipping, not just writing clean codeBonus points for ML pipeline, ML inference, LLM fine-tuning, or data platform experience
