Key responsibilities for the Executive Director include developing and implementing comprehensive fundraising strategies, managing donor relationships, and overseeing the financial health of the organization. The role also requires a strong focus on internal operations, including staff management and Board engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in nonprofit leadership, a deep understanding of revenue development, and a passion for the mission of the organization.
