The successful candidate will be a true extension of the CEO and executive team, operating as a trusted partner to help drive priorities and unblock critical initiatives. This position is ideal for a proven doer with a strong analytical background, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key responsibilities include leading and executing cross-functional strategic projects, supporting company-wide strategic planning, and ensuring alignment and accountability across leadership and teams.Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have 7-15 years' of relevant professional experience, with a background in consulting, financial services, startups, or similarly fast-paced environments. The role requires an individual with an extremely high EQ, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust and influence across diverse teams. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for preparing and supporting internal and external communications, serving as a point of integration between departments, and stepping in to support or stabilize initiatives as needed.
