Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design, analysis, and execution of structural projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, safe, and cost-effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead structural design and analysis for a variety of projects (commercial, hospitality, themed entertainment, healthcare, mixed use, multi-family residential, and industrial) Review and approve drawings, calculations, and specifications Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations Conduct site visits and inspections as needed Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred) Professional Engineer (PE) license required or ability to acquire license7+ years of structural engineering experience in building and foundation designCompetent in reinforced concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel, cold-formed steel, and wood designMust have working knowledge of design and drafting software (RISA 3d, RISA Floor, & RISA Foundation, ADAPT, Enercalc, REVIT, Autocad) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package Performance BonusesHybrid Work ScheduleOpportunities for career growth and leadership Collaborative and supportive work environment Diverse and challenging projects If you are a motivated professional looking to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply and become a key part of our team.
