MobileOne is looking for an energetic, results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead one of our wireless retail locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys coaching teams, driving sales, and creating outstanding customer experiences. As a Retail Store Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the store, lead and develop your team, and ensure sales and service goals are consistently met. You’ll be on the sales floor the majority of the time—coaching your employees, assisting customers, and making sure your store runs smoothly.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goalsDeliver excellent customer service by supporting your team and stepping in to escalationsManage daily store operations, including scheduling, inventory, merchandising and cash handling Recruit, train, and develop your team while supporting their career growth Foster a positive, high-energy culture where both employees and customers feel valuedEnsure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate reporting and recordsAdhere to labor budgets and ensure your team timely executes on trainings Qualifications:At least 1 year of retail management experience (wireless retail industry required) Strong leadership, coaching. and communication skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment HS diploma or GED; must be at least 18 years old Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background checkPay$18.22 - $48.67/ hourThe pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus.Benefits:Health, Dental and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement SavingsLife and AD&D InsuranceNo Cost Mental Health ProgramDaily PayDiscounted T-Mobile Cellular ServiceCareer growth opportunities with a company that promotes from withinMobileone, LLC Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
