Bartender

Have you been thinking about learning how to bartend? I am searching for someone excited to get their feet wet in the bartending world. Gatsby's Gaming is currently seeking out a new candidate that would be interested in bartending at Clay City and/or Louisville locations. The team hopes to find an outgoing and motivated individual that is willing to learn the bar business. I have openings for evenings and weekends and would like to start training immediately. I also will be hiring for Gaming Attendants for all locations. Duties Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a fun bar atmosphere for our patrons Process transactions accurately using Clover POS system, ensuring proper handling of cash and credit card payments Collaborate with owner to plan various bar events Following all the ILCC rules and regulations & Gatsby's Gaming Policies & Procedures Learn new cocktail and shot recipes Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Creating social media promotions to develop your own customer base Qualifications Previous experience in food service is a plus Outgoing and friendly personality Ability to learn the various nuances of bartending Basic math skills for accurate cash handling to learn money management Excellent hospitality skills and desire to create a fun atmosphere Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment Must be at least 21 years of age Join the Gatsby Team to continue to cater to our video gamers and bar patrons!
