Role Type: Full-TimeSchedule: Monday – FridayType: Hourly non-exemptRate: $15.00 – $18.00 (DOE)Location: 32207 ABOUT THE ROLEAuditmacs is seeking an ITAM Technical Support Specialist to join our IT Asset Management team at our centrally located Jacksonville facility.This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in IT support and asset lifecycle management.You'll gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level hardware and software deployments, device lifecycle workflows, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProvide Level 1 & 2 technical support for end-user hardware including laptops, tablets, smartphones, and peripheral devicesConfigure and stage devices according to standardized deployment proceduresCoordinate device replacement, repair, and warranty processingMonitor and manage open service tickets to meet internal/external SLAsManage wireless/mobile devices across carrier portals (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile)Perform shipping and receiving tasks for incoming and outgoing IT assetsMaintain inventory accuracy and control using asset tracking toolsSupport physical inventory audits and general ITAM warehouse upkeepCollaborate with other departments to ensure smooth deployment operations PREFERRED EXPERIENCEWorking knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android, Windows)Familiarity with major OEM hardware (HP, Dell, Lenovo, Apple, etc.)Exposure to IT service management (ITSM) tools or ticketing systemsPrior experience with inventory management or asset tracking systems is a plus
