We are actively seeking candidates and welcome new graduates to apply.Your responsibilities will include:Implementing appropriate care plans and utilizing evidence-based treatment methods to help patients regain their previous levels of function.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation and billing records.Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the musculoskeletal system and familiarity with various post-operative protocols; experience in wound care is a plus.We encourage and financially support specialty certifications and fellowship training.This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled therapists in a dynamic environment, providing 1:1 care to patients on a 40–60-minute schedule.QualificationsDemonstrated clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).Extensive education and clinical knowledge.Ability to effectively manage patients with diverse personalities.Current understanding of treatment practices.A strong desire for continuous learning and professional development.Exemplary professional conduct.Outstanding interpersonal communication skills.A valid license to practice physical therapy (we are willing to work with candidates holding a limited license until full licensure is obtained).A graduate degree or higher in physical therapy assistance.Additional InformationCompensation: $26.00 - $38.00 per hour; negotiable based on experience, certifications, and specialties.Sign-on bonus: $3,000
