Location: Remote, Work from Home
Compensation Range: $55 - $73/hour, based on experience; paid hourly + OT; W-2
Travel Required: up to 10% (Industry, Client & Team Events)
Profile of Success Stock Plan Administrator needed with 4–7+ years of direct Schwab EquiView experience and 7+ years of progressive equity administration experience within complex, publicly traded environments.
Must demonstrate strong execution capability across complex ESPP administration, RSU processing, executive PSU support, compliance controls, reporting, and global mobility and tax considerations.
Experience partnering across Payroll, HRIS, Transfer Agent, and cross-functional stakeholders is essential. This role requires a high-performing professional who can operate with precision and urgency in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
The Role Stock & Option Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Stock Plan Administrator to join our team and support one of our clients.

Stock plan administration and management activities
Customer service to support employee inquiries on a variety of topics and issue-resolution related to equity compensation
Manage/Work with industry software (Schwab Equiview) and vendors to effectively manage our client's plans
Manage/Work with client's internal and external business partners, cross-functionally
Manage and maintain employee equity database
Manage ESPP enrollment, ESPP purchase, and RSU releases
Process, track, and update all PSUs
Stock plan financial reporting activities/support
Stock plan reconciliation activities/support
SEC, audit and external reporting activities/support, including proxy, Section 16, 6039
Payroll/Accounting support
Participant education and training activities/support
Support and/or manage communications and communication plans
Support and/or manage project activities
Follow, enhance and/or create policies and procedures
Recognize opportunities for enhancement/implementation of best practices & process improvements
Assist in various other stock plan projects and initiatives as needed
The Expertise We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant industry experience
ECA or CEP candidates, preferred
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Proficiency and/or experience with industry platforms (direct)
Experience with Schwab EquiView
