We manage and operate a warehouse facility that handles pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and daily production support.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary HR contact for site leadership and employees, in partnership with the HR ManagerManage employee relations, including coaching, conflict resolution, and investigationsSupport performance management, disciplinary actions, and documentationEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable employment lawsMaintain employee records, reporting, and HRIS data accuracyTrack attendance, enforce policies, and support corrective action processesPartner with operations leadership to support engagement, retention, and team performanceAssist with onboarding, orientation, and training coordinationPromote a safe, compliant, and positive workplace cultureQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in warehouse, manufacturing, or 3PL environmentsStrong employee relations and compliance backgroundExperience supporting hourly workforces in a fast-paced operationAbility to work independently while partnering closely with operations leadershipStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems
