Associate Attorney

A well-established, mid-sized law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its commercial lending practice. This is a strong opportunity to work with established financial institution clients and step into an existing book of business through succession planning.This onsite role supports clients across multiple regional markets.You’ll draft and negotiate loan documents, structure complex lending transactions (including construction, asset-based, and revolving credit facilities), conduct due diligence, and advise on risk, compliance, and loan workouts. You’ll collaborate closely with banking and credit teams.Job Requirements:J.D. and 4+ years of experience in commercial real estate lending, business lending, and financing transactions.
