Account Management: Maintain client accounts, update information, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Customer Relations: Build positive relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support at all times. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing client files efficiently. Collaboration: Work closely with account managers to support their efforts and ensure client satisfaction. Problem-Solving: Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain client trust and satisfaction. Requirements Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to client interactions. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively. Communication Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and team members. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services is an advantage. Licenses: Active P&C License Required. The Agency was formed in 1989 by William McBroom, an ordained minister and a former State of Georgia Deputy Insurance Commissioner. The foundation of the agency was built on providing quality insurance coverage for churches and Christian nonprofits. Our agency has grown to represent a little over 600 ministries here in GA.
