You will combine advanced scheduling expertise with technical database and application administration to support schedulers, management, and IT. The Scheduling DBA standardizes scheduling structures, data governance, reporting, security, and performance metrics while supporting continuous improvement and system integrity.You will report to the Director- Project Excellence and be located at Rock Hill or Cranberry, PA and can work in a hybrid environment.Key Responsibilities:Define and maintain standard scheduling environments aligned with management expectations and industry best practices.Standardize project structures including EPS and WBS frameworks.Define standard schedule calculation settings, including data date advancement rules and calculation options (e.g., retained logic vs. progress override in Primavera P6).Standardize code structures across all scheduling element levels, identifying mandatory and optional usage.Establish required schedule codes beyond native scheduling program and enterprise-defined elements.Establish standardized calendars and prescribe correct usage across projects.Define earned value management structures and rules of credit.Maintain a working understanding of scheduling software architecture, backend data structures, and database access methods.Define and standardize authorization permissions, licensing, and user access with security requirements.Maintain application use guidelines and scheduler desktop guides.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Primavera P6 Professional CertificationPMI-SP, PMP, or AACE certification (preferred)Earned Value Management (EVM) training or certification (preferred)We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. We estimate the base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon qualifications, to be 116,800 to 146,000 per year.#LI-Hybrid
