You will interpret physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials safely, and operate CT equipment to produce diagnostic imaging for patient care in a hospital environment. Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience.Completion of a Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) accredited radiologic technology program.Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in CT or RT(R) with CT registry eligibility.BLS certification.Experience working with GE CT scanners.Experience using Medrad Stellant contrast injectors.Experience in a busy hospital imaging environment, performing screening of 20–30 patients per technologist.Ability to follow IEMA (Illinois Emergency Management Agency) requirements as required by the client.Preferred: Experience with 4x10 scheduling and evening/evening-into-night shifts.
