Java Developer
Overview:
You will contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise voice and customer interaction applications. In a collaborative engineering team, you will build and maintain Java-based software using Spring, driving quality and timely delivery. The role supports ongoing development as the team moves into the next phase, with emphasis on learning, initiative, and ownership. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality
- Support CI/CD processes and application deployments
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in development and testing environments
- Continuously learn and adopt new technologies and development practices
Key requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Spring Framework and Spring MVCSolid Java development experience
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Experience with unit testing frameworks
- Experience working with continuous integration (CI) tools and processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a collaborative environment
