Material Handler - 2nd Shift

Were seeking candidates for Material Handler roles on the 2nd shift. Compensation for these temp opportunities is $18.00$20.00 per hour. Interested? Read more below! What You Will Do As A Material Handler:Ensure a safe and clean work environment by following all safety rules, regulations, and 5S principles Compare material records to inventory, verify counts, and identify discrepancies Load and unload trucks, stage products, and supply work centers with packaging and materials Complete reports, maintain accurate paperwork, and dispose of scrap materials as needed Monitor production indicators to prevent delays and communicate effectively with supervisors and co-workers Participate in continuous improvement activities and operate production machinery or a forklift as needed Perform other duties as assigned What You Need To Be A Material Handler:High school diploma or GED preferred, plus 3 months of warehouse experience Ability to operate forklifts, shrink wrap machines, scales, and hand tools, with forklift certification required at the facility Computer skills for processing material movements and the ability to follow detailed work instructions Detail oriented with strong communication skills and a commitment to safety Ability to frequently lift up to 40 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, and rarely 60 pounds Ability to stand for the entire shift and perform repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, walking, and climbing stairs Take The Next Step In Your Career And Apply Today!Click APPLY NOW to complete our mobile-friendly, online application.
