The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience, a strong mechanical understanding, and a team-oriented mindset.What You’ll DoDeliver excellent service to mechanics and customers by answering calls, assisting at the counter, and coordinating parts deliveryManage the full lifecycle of parts orders—from receiving and stocking to picking, packaging, shipping, and inventory countsAccurately record sales and delivery information to ensure smooth operationsCoordinate incoming units for installation and support related processesMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts departmentOperate a forklift for loading, unloading, and moving materials as neededOccasionally travel to customer and prospective client locations while maintaining safe driving practicesFollow all safety guidelines and contribute to a safe, compliant work environmentStep in to support additional tasks as needed to help the team and department succeedQualificationsMinimum 2 years experience in a parts counter role, preferably within a dealership or heavy equipment environment.Strong knowledge of parts and mechanical components.Ability to operate a forklift to load and unload pallets and when otherwise necessary.Willingness to occasionally travel to existing customers and/or prospective client locations.Proficiency in using parts catalogs and inventory management systems.Compliance with all auto safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.About SonsraySonsray moves mountains for the construction, transportation, and agriculture industries.
