To become a part of our dedicated clinic team, you need the following qualifications:
MD or DO degree and completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Preference for experience at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH facility
