Office time will be required for proposals, meetings, planning, and coordination. Any travel is primarily local during the business day.Position Overview:The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing landscape maintenance agreements with high-end commercial and residential clients.This is a new business development role focused on prospecting, relationship building, and closing recurring maintenance contracts. This position does not manage existing accounts but works closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition once work is sold.The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and driven to produce results.Key Responsibilities & Duties: Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and outreach Develop relationships with property managers, facility managers, HOAs, and commercial property owners Conduct site visits to assess client needs and identify opportunities Prepare and present landscape maintenance proposals Close annual maintenance agreements aligned with company standards Maintain and manage pipeline activity within company CRM (Aspire) Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations for seamless handoff of new accounts Always represent Paradise Landscaping in a professional mannerPerformance Expectations: Consistently generate 8–12 qualified opportunities per month Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients Achieve annual new maintenance revenue targets (goal of $1M+) Maintain strong close rates and client quality standardsQualifications & Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in the high end landscape maintenance industry Proven ability to generate new business and close sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline Self-starter with a high level of accountability Professional appearance and presence Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Clean insurable driving record and can pass a drug test and background checkPreferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B sales or service-based industries Experience selling recurring service contracts Familiarity with landscaping, property management, or construction industriesWork Environment & Expectations: Frequent local travel for client meetings and site visits Combination of fieldwork and office coordination Fast-paced, results-driven environment High level of personal responsibility and ownershipWhy Join Paradise Landscaping: Opportunity to be part of a growing, high-end service company Clear expectations and performance-based compensation Strong team culture focused on growth and accountability Ability to make a direct impact on company growth and successIf you are driven to build relationships, create opportunities, and produce results, we encourage you to apply.
