About the RoleNo Soliciting is looking for a highly organized, personable, and persistent Membership Coordinator to manage the membership outreach and vetting process from application to invitation. This role is all about thoughtful follow-up, strong communication, and keeping the process moving, even when it takes multiple touchpoints to connect.The right person is detail-oriented, polished, warm, and comfortable balancing hospitality with discretion. They know how to follow up without feeling pushy, keep records clean, and create a smooth, elevated experience for prospective members.Key ResponsibilitiesReview incoming membership applications for completeness and alignmentReach out to applicants by email, phone, and other approved channels to gather additional information and move the process forwardVet applicants based on established membership criteria and internal guidelinesTrack outreach attempts, responses, and status updates in an organized and timely wayManage ongoing follow-up with applicants when there are missed calls, missed emails, or delayed responsesCoordinate next steps in the approval process and extend invitations to approved applicantsCommunicate membership decisions professionally, clearly, and confidentiallyMaintain accurate records of applicant activity, notes, and outcomesPartner with leadership to flag questions, edge cases, or applicants needing further reviewHelp refine outreach workflows, templates, and follow-up processes to improve response rates and efficiencySupport a membership experience that feels intentional, polished, and aligned with the No Soliciting brandQualifications1-3 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, membership, recruiting, sales coordination, concierge, or administrative supportStrong written and verbal communication skillsComfortable with repeated follow-up and outreach persistenceHighly organized with strong attention to detailAble to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretionProfessional, warm, and relationship-orientedStrong time management and ability to manage multiple applicants at onceProficiency with email, spreadsheets, and CRM or applicant tracking tools preferredExperience in hospitality or luxury guest experience is a plusWork scheduleWeekend availabilityMonday to FridayBenefitsPaid time offHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceDisability insurance401(k)401(k) matchingEmployee discount
