Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted operational partner to Renewals Leadership, providing executive-ready insights and support for strategic planning
Own the end-to-end renewals operating model, defining and tracking globally consistent KPIs and risk signals
Enhance the Renewals Account Manager experience by reducing operational friction and increasing engagement in customer interactions
Required Qualifications
Experience in operations management, particularly in a renewals or post-sales environment
Strong understanding of key performance indicators and metrics related to renewals
Proficiency in data analytics and experience with AI-driven tools
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and change management processes
