Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Automation)Location: San Diego, CA 92121 (Onsite – 2-3 days/week)Duration: 12+ Month ContractJob OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Automation) to support and resolve complex technical issues for an enterprise cloud-based platform. This role involves troubleshooting, customer interaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of cases.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issuesAct as an escalation point for complex casesCommunicate updates and solutions to customersCollaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolutionUtilize automation and tools to improve support efficiencyRequired SkillsExperience with JavaScript (coding & debugging)Knowledge of SQL and database conceptsUnderstanding of web technologies (HTML, XML, JSON)Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP, ports)Experience with remote administration tools (SSH, PowerShell, etc.)Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
