A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 12-hour night shifts in intensive care unit/n• 8-week contract with 48 guaranteed hours per week/n• Patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity/n• Float requirements to medical surgical or cardiac units with lower ratios as needed/n• May float throughout all in-patient areas and assist as aide when units need additional support/n• Every other weekend and holiday rotation required unless given time off approval/n• Blocked schedule requests only accommodated for weekend rotations/n• Required certifications: Kentucky/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS/n• EKG test required during compliance process/n• Minimum 2 years specialty experience required/n• Must have Level I or Level II trauma experience/n• Level I or Level II ICU skillset required/n• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, on-site training provided/n• Must demonstrate resilience, ability to manage change, strong social skills, reliability, and teamwork/n• Dress code requirement: royal blue scrubs/n• 75-mile radius rule applies/n• Guaranteed hours not applicable during orientation week/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare facility is a 340-bed Level II trauma center that provides comprehensive critical care services.
