A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.Opportunity:/nRN - ICU/n/nJob Details:/n• Work 12-hour night shifts with blocked schedule requests only accommodated for weekend rotation/n• 8-week contract length with 48 guaranteed hours per week/n• Every other weekend/holiday required unless given time off approval/n• Float to Med Surg or cardiac units with lower ratios, may float throughout all in-patient areas/n• May be tasked as an aide if other units need assistance/n• Patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 in 59-bed unit/n• Required certifications: Kentucky/Compact RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS/n• EKG test required during compliance process/n• Minimum 2 years specialty experience required/n• MUST have Level I or Level II Trauma experience/n• CareView/EPIC charting experience preferred, on-site training provided/n• Level I or Level II ICU skillset required/n• Scrub color: royal blue/n• Must be hard worker, resilient, manage change well, social, reliable, and team-player/n• 75-mile radius rule applies/n• Associate Degree or Certificate required/n/nFacility:/nThis healthcare facility is a 340-bed Level II Trauma Center providing comprehensive critical care services to the region.
