Summary We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our team at Inland Fixture. In this role, located in California, you will support our business development efforts by managing client accounts pertaining to the construction field and fostering relationships that drive growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist in managing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Utilize CRM to track interactions, manage leads, and report on account status. Conduct warm calls to prospective clients to introduce our services. Collaborate with Sr managers Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities. Foster strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. Construction knowledge is preferred Qualifications Proven experience in sales or account management roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs effectively. Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Experience in business development or technology sales is a plus. Leadership qualities are beneficial but not required.
