*Why Work for Us?*Be one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.It's an exciting time to join our growing team at Aethel Energy.* *Make an impact.* Support critical infrastructure that keeps our field and plant operations running safely and efficiently.* *Work with a high-performing team.* Join a safety-focused, solutions-driven group committed to operational excellence.*The Role Where You Can Make a Difference*We are seeking a hands-on and adaptable IT/OT Support Specialist to support technology systems across our field and plant operations.*What You'll Do** Maintain and troubleshoot communications systems (radios, cellular, satellite, fiber, and network infrastructure).* Install, configure, and support industrial networking equipment (switches, firewalls, remote access systems).* Provide technical support for field devices such as flow computers, tank monitoring systems, and measurement equipment.* Support field and plant personnel with IT needs including laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.* Assist with cybersecurity practices across IT and OT environments.* Travel to well sites, compressor stations, and plants to diagnose and resolve issues.* Partner with engineering and automation teams on upgrades, integrations, and system improvements.* Maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and network layouts.* Ensure all systems support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.*What You Bring** Experience supporting IT and/or OT systems in industrial, energy, or field-based environments preferred.* Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, remote communications, and troubleshooting.* Exposure to SCADA, PLCs, or industrial control systems is a strong plus.* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in remote environments.* Willingness to travel frequently to field locations and respond to call-outs as needed. xmcpwfu* Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.Pay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Parental leave* Referral program* Vision insurance
